Developer Terms
Last updated 20 October 2026
These Developer Terms are an agreement between you and Wohnmohr ("ChargeMyAI", "we"), 7 R B Nivas, Maruthi Nagar, Muttarsanallur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu 620101, India. They apply when you sign in to the ChargeMyAI developer console, add the ChargeMyAI SDK to a website or app, or claim a site. You accept them by ticking "I agree" in the console. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that company.
Version 2026-10-20.
1. Words we use
- Service: the ChargeMyAI SDK (charge.js), API, sign-in and payment sheets, user accounts and wallets, developer console and payouts.
- Your App: each website or web app (origin) where you add the SDK or that you claim in the console.
- End User: a person who uses AI in Your App through their own ChargeMyAI account.
- Model Provider: a company whose AI models generate cloud replies, such as Google Cloud (Vertex AI), Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) or OpenAI.
- Paid Spend: what End Users pay ChargeMyAI for cloud replies in Your App from credit they bought, after GST, refunds and reversals. Free replies and replies made on the End User’s device are not Paid Spend.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Give us accurate details and keep your console sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. ChargeMyAI is in early access: features, models, prices and limits may change, and some parts (such as live payments and payouts) may open later.
3. How the Service works
- End Users sign in to their own ChargeMyAI account, buy prepaid credit from us by UPI, and pay us per reply. You never collect, hold or handle End Users’ money, and they are our customers for that purchase.
- Your App calls the SDK; the SDK runs replies on the End User’s device when it can, and otherwise sends them to a Model Provider through us. You do not receive any Model Provider account, API key or direct access.
- We choose which Model Provider and region answers each reply. We try India first. A reply goes to a provider outside India only if the End User agreed and Your App’s settings allow it.
- We may add, change or switch off models, providers and regions at any time, including when a Model Provider requires it.
4. What you must do
- Use the SDK only in Your App, on sites you own or control, and claim each site honestly.
- Show the ChargeMyAI sign-in and payment sheets, prices and limits as the SDK presents them. Do not hide, imitate, cover or change them, and do not describe ChargeMyAI’s credit as your own payment system.
- Tell End Users, in Your App, that replies are generated by AI and may be wrong, and do not present AI replies as human or professional advice.
- Have your own privacy notice for Your App, follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and other laws that apply to you, and do not send personal data to the Service that Your App does not need. Do not send sensitive data such as health records, government ID numbers, bank or card details unless the law allows it and you need it.
- Make Your App for people aged 18 and over, and do not aim it at children.
- Follow the usage policies of the Model Providers, which form part of these terms: the Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, the AWS Acceptable Use Policy and the licence of each Amazon Bedrock model we offer, the OpenAI Usage Policies, and the policy of any other Model Provider we list in the console.
5. What you must not do
- Resell or expose model access. Do not offer the Service as an API, proxy, gateway, playground or bulk text service whose main purpose is access to the underlying models, or let anyone call it except End Users using Your App.
- Build competing models. Do not use replies to develop or train AI models that compete with a Model Provider or with ChargeMyAI.
- Automate around End Users. Do not call the Service from servers, scripts or bots, create End User accounts for others, share End User sessions, or get around daily limits, rate limits, pausing, sign-in or security.
- Generate harmful or unlawful content, including sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, threats, fraud, impersonation, malware, weapons, election deception, or anything else a Model Provider’s policy forbids.
- Make high-risk decisions automatically. Do not use replies to decide on credit, insurance, employment, housing, education admission, medical diagnosis or treatment, or legal matters without review by a qualified person.
- Break the Service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, test it for security weaknesses without our written permission, or use our name or logo except to say Your App uses ChargeMyAI.
6. Your share
- You earn 20% of the Paid Spend in each app you have claimed. The first 50 apps we accept as founding apps earn 30% for 12 months from the day we accept them, then 20%.
- We pay your share monthly to an Indian bank account in your name, once you complete the verification we ask for (such as PAN and bank details) and once live payouts are open. While ChargeMyAI is in test mode, nothing is earned.
- We may deduct taxes we are required to withhold, such as TDS, and send you the tax documents the law requires. If you are registered for GST, you may need to invoice us for your share.
- If a payment is refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent, we take it out of Paid Spend and may recover any share already paid on it. We may hold a share while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms or fraud.
- We may change the share percentage for the future with notice under section 11. We will not change a founding app’s 30% during its 12 months.
7. Data
For End User accounts, wallets, top-ups and replies, ChargeMyAI decides how personal data is used and handles it under our Privacy Policy. For everything else in Your App, you do. We pass the text of each cloud request to the Model Provider that answers it and do not store the content of prompts or replies; we keep a record of each reply (app, model, provider, region, price, time). You can see usage and earnings for Your App in the console. Each of us keeps the other informed without delay about any personal data breach that affects the other.
8. Ownership
You keep everything you own in Your App. We keep everything we own in the Service, the SDK and the ChargeMyAI name and logo, and give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SDK in Your App while these terms apply. Rights in AI replies follow the Model Provider’s terms; we claim no ownership of them. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
9. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Service and remove the SDK at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or block an app, if you breach these terms, if a Model Provider or the law requires it, if we see a risk to End Users, the Service or a Model Provider, or if we close the Service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. When access ends, we pay any share you have earned, except share we may hold or recover under section 6.
10. Responsibility
- The Service and AI replies are provided "as is". AI replies can be wrong, incomplete or offensive, and we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or that any model will stay available.
- Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the share we paid you in the three months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
- You will defend and compensate ChargeMyAI against claims arising from Your App, its content, or your breach of these terms or of a Model Provider’s policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 15 days’ notice by email or in the console, unless a Model Provider or the law requires a faster change. The console will ask you to accept the new version; if you do not, you can stop using the Service, and your share earned up to then will still be paid.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Trichy, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, each of us will first try to resolve a dispute by writing to the other.
